12.6.2025 Full Day Offshore Excursion

Our full day offshore aboard the Legacy was nothing short of spectacular, with marine life greeting us almost everywhere we went. The adventure kicked off with common dolphins surfacing just a stone’s throw from the boat, setting an energetic tone for the day. Not long after, schools of bonito erupted at the surface, putting on a lively show.

As we continued toward the Nine Mile Bank, a tall spout caught our eye—a humpback whale gracefully moving through the water. From there, the wildlife encounters only grew. We crossed paths with bottlenose dolphins, Risso’s dolphins, and the crowd favorite: the playful and acrobatic Pacific white sided dolphins.

The ocean seemed alive in every direction. Birdlife was abundant as well, with jaegers, shearwaters, gulls, and plenty of pelicans accompanying us throughout the trip. With so much to see, the day flew by far too quickly, but it was an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and nonstop wildlife.
