2.15.2026 PM Whale Watch

Our trip aboard the Legacy Whale Watching was one for the books. With a little luck on our side, we came across three gray whales steadily making their way along the coast. We were treated to some incredible looks as they surfaced, their massive backs rolling through the water before each powerful breath. After spending quality time with the whales, we ventured farther offshore and that’s when the ocean truly surprised us. We suddenly found ourselves surrounded by a mega pod of common dolphins. They stretched as far as the eye could see, on both sides of the boat and even dotting the horizon in the distance. The water seemed alive with movement. Being encircled by wildlife in every direction is a feeling that’s difficult to put into words. It’s a moment of pure awe of nature unfolding all around you, vast and untamed reminding everyone on board just how incredible the ocean can be.
