Aboard The Legacy, our whale watching adventure took an unexpected and delightful turn as we encountered a pod of common dolphins behaving in the most uncommon ways. Rather than simply skimming the surface, they put on what felt like a spontaneous performance—leaping high into the air, twisting mid-jump, and even swimming upside down beneath the waves. Their playful energy was contagious, as if they were fully aware of their audience and reveling in the attention. It was a rare and magical moment where curiosity met connection, leaving us all in awe of the intelligence and spirit of these remarkable ocean acrobats.
