8.14.2025 AM and PM Whale Watching

Our morning trip aboard the Legacy began under clear skies and calm seas, setting the stage for an exciting wildlife adventure. It wasn’t long before we encountered lively pods of common dolphins, their acrobatic leaps and playful energy putting on quite the show. Not far behind, a group of bottlenose dolphins appeared, cruising gracefully alongside the vessel. Though there were whispers and hopeful sightings of whales in the distance, they remained just out of reach.

The afternoon brought a shift in luck and excitement. As we continued our search, the ocean finally revealed one of its more elusive residents a minke whale! We watched in awe as it surfaced and began lunge feeding on a dense school of anchovies, offering an incredible look at this mysterious species in action. A few common dolphins joined the scene, darting through the bait ball and adding extra energy to an already unforgettable moment.

A thrilling day at sea filled with variety, curiosity, and just the right touch of mystery.
