8.5.2025 AM and PM Whale Watch

Today’s whale watch was nothing short of spectacular. As we set off into the blue, we were immediately greeted by an incredible sight, thousands of seabirds filling the sky and sea. Brown pelicans, seagulls, shearwaters, and elegant terns all dove and darted with precision, feasting on massive schools of baitfish. The ocean surface was alive with movement, and just when we thought it couldn’t get more exciting, dolphins burst onto the scene hundreds upon hundreds of them, racing beneath the birds and launching through the water in every direction.

It was a true feeding frenzy, with dolphins as far as the eye could see a breathtaking superpod that stretched across the horizon. Their energy, speed, and coordination left everyone on board in awe. From bow to stern, port to starboard, dolphins surrounded The Legacy, making for a whale watch we’ll never forget.

Nature showed off today, and we were lucky enough to witness it firsthand.
