9.2.2025 AM Whale Watch

Today’s whale watching safari aboard the Legacy was nothing short of extraordinary! The ocean came alive with an incredible feeding frenzy, centered around a massive bait ball — nearly the size of the boat itself!

We watched in awe as a humpback whale, a minke whale, and a pod of energetic common dolphins all converged, competing over the same swirling mass of fish. The surface boiled with activity as dolphins darted through the water, birds dove from above, and the whales surfaced in dramatic fashion, showcasing the raw power and beauty of the marine food chain in action.

And just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better — a majestic fin whale made a surprise appearance, gracefully gliding through the area to cap off an already unforgettable trip.

It was a rare and thrilling day on the water, packed with action, variety, and some of the ocean’s most magnificent creatures. Nature truly put on a show!
