Our whale watching trip aboard the Legacy was nothing short of spectacular! The day began with a thrilling encounter as we came upon a massive pod of common dolphins—hundreds of them—darting through the waves in a frenzied feeding session. They surrounded the boat, leaping and weaving through the water, their energy electrifying the air.

Just as we were catching our breath from the excitement, the captain received a call over the radio—another vessel had spotted something rare. Without hesitation, we changed course and headed in their direction. As we approached, anticipation built—and then, suddenly, the ocean exploded.

A minke whale breached right before our eyes—not once, but multiple times! These elusive whales are usually shy, and seeing one breach is an uncommon sight. To witness this majestic creature launching itself out of the water again and again was absolutely breathtaking.

It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, filled with marine magic and unforgettable moments. Nature truly delivered a show we’ll never forget!
