10.17.2025 AM Whale Watch

On our recent whale watching trip aboard the Legacy, we had an incredible encounter with marine wildlife. Not long into the journey, we came across a large pod of common dolphins, energetically feeding near the surface. The dolphins put on an amazing show as they darted through the water, working together in a classic display of cooperative hunting.

As we watched, we noticed the unmistakable spouts of humpback whales just beyond the pod. The humpbacks weren’t far behind, likely drawn by the same bait ball the dolphins were targeting. Their graceful surfacing and powerful exhalations added a majestic touch to the scene, offering a rare glimpse of interspecies interaction during a shared feeding event.

The ocean was alive with activity, and the experience offered a memorable connection with these incredible animals in their natural habitat. A truly unforgettable day on the water.
