10.25.2025 AM Whale Watch

Today’s whale watch aboard the Legacy was full of wonderful surprises. Not long after leaving the harbor, we spotted a pod of common dolphins swimming very close to shore. They moved gracefully through the surf, leaping and gliding beside the boat as if to greet us. Then, as luck would have it, we came across a juvenile humpback whale playing in the kelp. The young whale rolled and splashed among the fronds, offering us an incredible look at its playful behavior. It was a magical encounter and a reminder of how much life and wonder the ocean holds—sometimes just beyond the shoreline.
