10.29.2025 AM Whale Watch

Today’s trip aboard the Legacy began with plenty of activity from seabirds feeding all around us, a promising sign of life in the area. Despite our efforts, we didn’t spot any marine mammals for most of the excursion. However, on our way back in, the captain’s keen eyes caught sight of a minke whale — one of the most elusive and challenging whales to watch. After enjoying a few great looks at this rare sighting, we continued toward home, only to be greeted by a group of bottlenose dolphins right in the mouth of the bay — the perfect ending to our day on the water.
