1.20.2026 AM Whale Watch

Despite challenging weather conditions, our whale watching trip proved rewarding right from the start. Early in the journey, we prevailed against the elements and were fortunate to spot a gray whale before the fog quickly rolled in. With visibility dropping, we worked our way west to escape the low conditions a move that paid off with clearer views, though no additional whales appeared. Even so, the rest of the trip was alive with plenty of seabirds and sea lions, making it a memorable adventure shaped by perseverance and the ever-changing nature of the ocean.
