01.31.24 Whale Counts

The calm before the storm did not disappoint. A gorgeous day out on the water with three Gray Whales on our morning trip, 2 Adults and a juvenile also with a feeding frenzy of birds and a few hungry common dolphin. our second trip started a little later but we got a gorgeous sunset and were eventually able to spot a gray whale, and with the backdrop of the tangerine sky it was really something to behold. We have some stronger winds coming through the next few days so we will not be going out, but were are ready for Sunday when it clears up!
