8.6.2025 AM and PM Whale Watch

From the moment we stepped aboard the Legacy, excitement buzzed through the air like electricity. The engines roared to life, the sea breeze hit our faces, and we all felt the thrill of adventure as the boat cut through the waves, heading into the unknown. Spirits were high and binoculars were out everyone hoping for a glimpse of something unforgettable.

Not long into the journey, the ocean rewarded our patience. A pod of common dolphins appeared, darting through the water with effortless grace. They played in the boat’s wake, leaping and weaving in and out of the waves like underwater acrobats. For a while, time seemed to slow down as we watched them dance alongside us, wild and free.

As the trip neared its end and we began to turn back, a hint of disappointment crept in—had we seen all the ocean had to offer? But just when we thought time had run out, the sea delivered one last surprise. A minke whale surfaced nearby, its sleek back breaking through the water with quiet power. Gasps and cheers filled the deck. It was a perfect, awe inspiring finale to a day none of us would forget.

The Legacy carried us back to shore, but part of us stayed out there still riding the waves with dolphins and watching for the next breath of a whale.
